ENGIE are recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator to be based in Birmingham, B15 2WB. This is a 12-month temporary full-time role.
Shifts will be 10 hours, working on a 4 days on 4 days off pattern with rotating shifts on 07:00-17:00, 11:00-21:00 & 21:00-07:00.
As Helpdesk Administrator you'll be the first point of contact for all customers requesting repairs. You'll be responsible for planning and dispatching all PPM and Reactive work that comes through the Helpdesk to engineers and subcontractors, ensuring all calls have been logged and chasing completion details of jobs.

Who are we looking for?
· Excellent customer service skills
· Previous experience in a helpdesk/call centre environment
· Maximo experience is a bonus however training will be provided
This role includes a DBS Standard check therefore ability to pass is essential
