Job description

ENGIE are recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator to be based in Blackburn, BB1 2QE. This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

The normal working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 17:00 with half an hour lunch. 

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

·  Excellent communication skills at all times; including answering telephone calls, communicating with Customers, suppliers and sub-contractors
·  Excellent organisational skills; with the ability to manage and prioritise a number of tasks on a daily basis
·  Proficient IT skills; with the ability to use various computer packages proficiently, including, SAP, Plan-On, Coupa, Word and Excel.(Training on SAP/Planon & Coupa).  Also accessing and updating Customers Portals.
·  This role will include receiving calls/e-mails from customers, raising service orders, allocating resource, chases and updates and following job through to job complete status to pass to Finance Admin for billing
·  Liaise with sub-contractors and arrange visits, record and file all relevant service sheets and statutory documentation
·  Provide back-up support for Contract and Service Managers

Qualifications or Required Experience:.

·  Previous experience in a similar role
·  Proficient user of MS Office Applications including Word and Excel
·  Ideally a working knowledge of SAP, Planon and Coupa, although training will be given on these applications
·  A professional and courteous manner is required at all times
·  Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, managers and customers
·  Excellent organisational skills; the ability to manage and organise heavy workloads, prioritising relevant business needs
·  Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to understand and liaise with others
