Job description

Workplace Solutions are recruiting for a Front of House Administrator to be based in Heysham 2, Nr Morecambe, Lancashire LA3 2XN. This is a temporary, part time role covering maternity leave for 9 months. The position required is for 15.5 hours per week 08.30am - 16.45pm, Monday and Tuesday. On offer is a competitive salary.

General Overview:

Responsible for ensuring the efficient handling of all calls to the Helpdesk. This will involve logging, planning and dispatching of reactive and planned tasks.  Responsible for providing a professional ‘ front of house’ service on site. Duties include welcoming and dealing with visitors / contractors, and dealing with telephone enquiries.

Technical Competences :

·  Excellent communication skills 
·  Ability to manage meeting requests and other regular tasks
·  Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines
·  Ability to liaise effectively with Management as well as front line operatives
·  General Clerical skills
·  Ability to multitask and prioritise workload as required
·  Good communication skills and knowledge of computers (Word, Excel and Outlook)

·  Experience of working in a customer service environment is desirable
·  Experience of working within Facilities Management is desirable

There is also an expectation to undertake further training as requested in line with the clients and Workplace Solutions operational requirements
