Office environment, occasional time maybe spent in field/warehouse meeting with personnel . 70%
- 80% of time spent on computer. 20% -30% of time spent problem solving/communicating with personnel.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY AREAS (Depending on the work load, the position could encompass all of the areas listed below, or a combination of duties.):
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for all vehicle tracking and assignment within Permian Region
Responsible for Driver Qualification process and compliance for Permian Region
Tracking of moving violations – MVR's
Administrate the fuel card program to include auditing
Responsible for vehicle registrations for all units assigned to Permian Region including trailers
Responsible for all data entry to fleet information databases
Responsible for assisting in investigation of Motor Vehicle Accidents in Permian Region
Assist Fleet Supervisor in ordering and upfit of new and replacement vehicles
Will assist greater fleet team as needed in all duties not specific to Permian Region
Hours of service tracking and auditing for the Permian region, working with greater fleet team
Journey Management tracking and assistance
Responsible for controlling access to all vehicle keys for vehicles that are spare, shop or unassigned
as well as the 2 nd set for all units assigned to the Permian region
Vehicle spot checks for compliance to safety and regulatory guidelines
Point person to receive new vehicles and ensure they are properly equipped before being released
to the field.
All other duties as assigned
