ENGIE are recruiting for a Finance Analyst to be based in Wakefield. This is a permanent full-time role working Monday to Friday On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.

Responsible for providing finance support to Wakefield contract. Must be focused on customer care with a “can do” attitude with the flexibility and adaptability to be a team member in a changing business environment.

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

·  Mid month and Month end production including journals, data review and accurals
·  Assistance to FBP for WIP and debt management
·  Raising, receipting and closing down POs in Coupa
·  Billing customers in line with agreed financial timeline in SAP
·  Support FBP with various submissions on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis
·  Balance sheet management
·  Support FBP to with plans, budgets and forecasts for the contract.
·  Liaise with the Shared Service Centre to ensure efficient provision of service alongside contract compliance.
·  Work with the Finance Business Partner to manage the delivery of all financial processes to their BU.
·  Good communicator and strong inter-personal skills
·  Good financial & commercial acumen
·  Excellent problem solving, analytical and customer service skills

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA)
·  Previous experience in a Finance role
·  Knowledge of SAP ERP system
·  MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
·  Communication and customer service skills
·  Demonstrate good time management skills, working to deadlines and adhering to set procedures.
