Responsibilities:
· Ensure operations & maintenance (O&M) department activities comply with local legislations and company's HSE requirements
· Implementing, maintaining and improving Company HSE Management System across O&M sites
· Assist in developing, improving and implementing overall company and project related to HSE strategies, policies and procedures
· Promote HSE awareness and best practices among Operation & Maintenance employees and the appointed / awarded contractors and vendors
· Develop and conduct regular safety assurance and programs including safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and implement necessary remedial measures
· Assist in developing and establishing work procedures, work instructions, method of statements and risk assessments
· Responsible to interface and address HSE related issues with employees, contractors, customers, vendors, and government agencies
· Develop and conduct HSE briefings, trainings, inductions to employee and contractors
· Provide support to Company HSE Committee Secretary and act as Secretary as and when requested by Central HSE
· Support in coordinating and preparing HSE Committee meeting agenda and minutes of meeting as and when requested by Central HSE
· Carry out and be part of incident investigation team, disseminate information of the latest development on HSE aspects
· Administrative handling on HSE aspect of the Company and Operation & Maintenance Department (e.g. PTW, JHA, MS, HIRARC, HAZOP, HAZID, PPE management, company’s authorities registration)
· Manage data consolidation for monthly reports
· Mobilize across O&M sites & Solar site activities for HSE support when required
Skills & Experience
· Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience in HSE area
· Experience on Operation & Maintenance activities and project sites and establishing & reviewing HSE documentations
· Able to lead and conduct meetings, trainings and programs
· A self-starter, proactive, punctual, honest and a team player
· Possess own transportation
· Able to travel domestically (MUST) and internationally (as and when required)
