ENGIE are recruiting for a Digital Learning Development Coordinator to be based in Leeds LS12 1BE or Birmingham B37 7YE or Newcastle NE12 8EX. This is a 24-month apprenticeship which involves working full-time hours. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview

The position of Digital Learning Development Coordinator will sit within the Learning and Development community for ENGIE’s UK business. Reporting to our Talent manager, you will work as part of a diverse and passionate team dedicated to innovating and delivering great content to our 14,000 employees. The work you do will have a direct impact on our business impact and success and be a great grounding for anyone wanting to pursue a learning or people based career.

Key Responsibilities

Building Digital Learning Solutions: work with our instructional designer(s) to shape how we use technologies within our designs to support learning outcomes

Content Curation: support our learning design team to source and create digital content for our learning solutions. This includes managing the process for build of e-learning products by our internal Digital Team on behalf of ENGIE Academy

Learner Engagement: help us to design and enhance the digital channels that we use to raise awareness and profile of our programmes within ENGIE UK

Learner Journey: take responsibility for the experience of our learners to shape what good looks like, and help us set and maintain those high standards.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience

As part of the role, you will work towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Learning and Development to support your growth within the role and learning on the job. The programme will provide you with insight into learning design, delivery and deployment, alongside an understanding of the principles behind digital learning, which will shape the way you approach your role in ENGIE.

Our internal team will also support you, to help you work with our systems and people, and to our design principles. You will be given time to practically apply your skills as part of this structured training plan and undertake a blended learning experience as a delegate to further inform you on how we should shape learning experiences for our employees.

·  be open to being supported by our wider team.

You will be a creatively driven individual who is always looking to experiment, with a passion for learning, people and technologies. You will be educated to A-Level or equivalent.

Because we anticipate that the scale and scope of our learning programmes will expand, you may aspire to a more technical (digital) role in the future.
