ENGIE are recruiting for a Data Coordinator to be based at Crownhill Fort, Plymouth, PL6 5BX. This is a permanent, full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive industry salary, and high-quality benefits package.

General Overview:

This role sits within the ENGIE Smart Buildings team and is primarily responsible for the management of data from a multitude of sources including third party data organisations and ENGIE site deployed assets.  

A typical day in the life of the Data Coordinator includes:

·  Setting up & managing all incoming data files & feeds from internal and external AMR systems, other field deployed devices and 3rd party data providers.
·  Reviewing data for inconsistencies or anomalies that could skew analytical results.
·  Identify and resolve issues relating to data feeds & communications failures.
·  Day to day utilisation of data collection systems to capture customer requirements and understand data sources
·  Working closely with supply chain partners to gather and validate information pertaining to data management requirements
·  Day to day liaising with third party data supply businesses including DCDA’s & data communications providers, including ordering sim cards and physical connections
·  Working closely with supply chain partners to facilitate timely project delivery
·  Support the utility connections and metering coordinators with management of MOP & DCDA Contracts

 

Qualifications or Required Experience:

·  Educated to GCSE level as a minimum, with A-C grades in Mathematics and English
·  Experience in one or more of the following Industries; Metering, Energy Supply, Building Services, Building Controls Experience, data coordination (desirable)

Required Skills / Knowledge:

·  Excellent I.T. skills and experience. Competent in Excel (intermediate to advanced level) and competent in Microsoft Word , Outlook, Powerpoint etc. 
·  Python skills (desirable)
·  Organisation skills.  Must have the ability to manage competing client demands, liaise with suppliers and adhere to internal quality standards often to tight deadlines
