Job description



ENGIE are recruiting for a Contract Administrator to be based in Reading, RG2 0TF. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Role Overview

·  Generate quoted works within SAP and Planon in a timely manner

·  Generate purchase orders for quoted works, materials, sub-contractor attendance, and additionally tooling and calibrations against engineer cost centres
·  Liaise with Contract Managers, Supervisors and Scheduling Team to schedule/assist arranging ENGIE labour and Subcontractor attendance.
·  Quality checking invoice/credit for correct and matching information, dispute discrepancies with subcontractor or suppliers
·  Liaise with Contract Managers and Supervisors to effectively deal with subcontractor/supplier invoicing queries escalating issues where necessary to Management team.
·  Chasing for outstanding documentation for all statutory compliance work.
·  Carry out general administrative duties

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  Prior experience of CAFM systems (SAP, Basware, Coupa, ELogs & Planon) advantageous
·  Strong IT skills including full range of Microsoft applications
