Job description

ENGIE are recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to be based in Burton Upon Trent, DE14 1BG. This is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary for £17,550 per annum and benefits package.

The normal working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9:00am until 5:00pm. 

Reporting to the account Manager for Molson Coors, the Cleaning Supervisor will be the lead for the cleaning teams across the Brewery. 

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

·  To manage the standards to meet our contractual obligations
·  To manage the standards by supporting in self-auditing
·  To attend management meetings
·  To support in stock management/ordering
·  To deliver of toolbox talks  
·  To lead and motivate the cleaning team to enable contribution to the best of their ability and maximise their potential
·  Creates a positive working environment which encourages development and maximising of potential of all team members
·  Develop an effective working relationships with functions, Molson Coors department heads, suppliers and sub- contractors to improve operational performance
·  To lead by example and act as a hands on train the trainer to ensure that cleaning methodologies are maintained in accordance with the contract

Qualifications or Required Experience:

·  Experience in a leading role
·  Ideally BICS trained
·  Full UK Driving Licence
·  Excellent understanding of cleaning processes, materials and equipment
·  Computer Literate
