Job description

EQUANS are recruiting for a Carpenter Multi Trade to be based in Lewisham. This is a permanent full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

·  Assist with the adherence to the Company quality standards including:
·  Compliance with specification
·  Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules
·  To carry out project defined carpentry work to a high standard as directed by the Site Manager.
·  Be adaptable to overcome a variety of problems, escalating advanced complications to supervisor / manager as necessary
·  Joining prefabricated materials in accordance with design plans using appropriate fixings
·  Making repairs and restoring damaged parts

Who are we looking for?

·  Excellent organisational skills
·  Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving licence
·  Professional attitude and approach to work
·  Ability to competently operate MS office
·  Ability to estimate time and materials required to carry out tasks
·  Ability to read and comprehend architectural plans
·  Previous carpentry experience necessary
·  Previous trades experience
·  Up to date relevant industry related knowledge
