Job description

ENGIE are recruiting for a Business Transformation Analyst to be based in Leeds (LS12 1BE). This is a 12 month fixed-term role which involves working full time hours. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Purpose of the Job

To provide business analysis allowing Energy Supply to develop and achieve the company strategy including major business projects and new market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring business end to end process documents and operational guides are updated in preparation for business change

Identifying areas of improvement within the process to improve our control

Define and map business processes for both ‘to be’ and ‘as is’ states

Evaluating information harvested through surveys and workshops, task analysis, and business process description

Having strong technical skills, business intelligence, and a full understanding of the needs of the customer

Ensuring business end to end process documents and operational guides are updated in preparation for business change

Ensuring that all business users are effectively trained on new business process, to effectively integrate the new processes.


Degree level in a relevant discipline or experience in a similar / relevant role

Business change or Process qualifications are preferable

Knowledge and Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and in particular PowerPoint and Excel including the ability to create pivot tables and graphs

Knowledge of UK Energy Supply business processes and systems is preferable

Knowledge of Blueworks is desirable


Experience of identifying and implementing business improvements, demonstrating the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders

Proven ability to organise and produce work to tight deadlines

Experience of system specification, testing, training and implementation

Previous experience of the Energy Industry, preferably B2B markets
