Job description

ENGIE are recruiting for a Business Admin Apprentice to be based at Waterside House, 1 Waterside Plaza, Sale, Manchester M33 7ZF.

This is an apprenticeship for 2 years, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm and on offer will be a salary of £11,250 per annum.
 
The main duties and responsibilities are:

Raising Purchase Orders and goods receipting
Maintain OneDrive file structure and uploading of statutory and PPM maintenance documentation.
Assist in keeping WIP levels to a minimum by ensuring timely completion of jobs
Raise invoices to Client 
Closing out Reactive and PPM tasks in CAFM system
Support in providing monthly contract reporting


Qualifications and experience required:

Good standard of education, In particular, GCSEs grade C or above in Maths and English would be desirable
Experience of a general administrative position 
Basic computer literacy
Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
Able to work with minimal supervision once trained
Willingness to respond to direction and follow procedures as required
Good written and communication skills
Good time management and organisational skills
