Eurosia™ the leading provider of reliable and affordable BIM models is recruiting its International Sales Manager to lead our expansion through Engie offices and indirect channels.

The International Sales Manager role is a cornerstone of our company’s rapid development in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. The successful candidate will report to the CEO of Eurosia group.

As International Sales Manager, your key responsibilities and duties include:

SALES

·  Achieve our company's sales revenue and EBIT objectives for your geographies (UAE, UK, US);
·  Convert quotation requests from our BIM Price Calculator (www.bimprice.com) as well as existing clients’requests and leads coming from our partners into sales;
·  Leverage on Engie's local salesforce to propose the BIM services in your geographies.

CUSTOMERS

·  Prioritize and acquire most attractive and profitable clients according to priority market segments, business recurrence and projects profitability and size;
·  Manage both the commercial and contractual relationships with our clients: recurring follow-up, customer feedbacks and satisfaction tracking, invoicing and payment terms negotiation.

MANAGEMENT

·  Develop network of commission-based sales partners;
·  Test and deploy a new international BIM offering;
·  Closely work with our BIM project managers to ensure our client’s needs as well as our production constraints are well understood.

Desired skills and experience

·  University degree or equivalent in Commerce or Engineering;
·  Fluent in English;
·  Minimum 5 years of B2B international sales experience in engineering or technology services (e.g. AKKA, Altran, Alten, Assystem, Davidson, etc.);
·  Successful track record in reaching ambitious sales targets;
·  Successful experience in setting up / developing an indirect sales channel;
·  Experience working in high-growth environment (start-up / scale-up);
·  Experience in converting online leads into sales;
·  Proven experience in answering to private and public tenders;
·  Knowledge of the BIM and AEC / FM industry is an asset.
