ENGIE are recruiting for a  Assistant Land and Partnerships Manager
 to be based in Luton, LU1 3LU. This is a permanent full time role working Monday to Friday 8:00 - 17:00. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance and benefits package.

The main purpose of the role is to support the Head of Land and Partnerships to source and identify suitable and viable development and partnership opportunities; carry initial research and coordination of relevant information required for scheme viability appraisals; to promote the ENGIE brand; and to develop long term relationships with key stakeholders to enable to delivery of the regional and group business plan.

You will be involved in the Initial Scheme Appraisal and Detailed Appraisal stage of the plan. you may also be asked to attend networking events, seminars etc to promote the ENGIE brand and regional and national capabilities and meetings with Head of Land and Partnerships. Assist with bid writing team if necessary. Take and issue notes from meetings when necessary. Basic understanding of the development/ construction processes would be advantageous.
