What is your day to day?
To assist the Development Coordinators and when required manage individual schemes to co-ordinate all technical information between external consultants and internal departments.
To ensure all approvals are obtained and information received issued to allow for a programmed start on site.
To understand, implement and adhere to the company SHEQ policy/strategy.
To produce weekly site reportage programs for New Build and Refurbishment Schemes using data received from Site Teams.
Who are you?
Previous experience within development in a new build and refurbishment environment with an understanding of Local Authorities.
Up to date relevant knowledge of building legislation.
Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
You will either be a graduate in an Eletrical or Machanical discaplin, or have previous experience of working in this area.
