ENGIE are looking for a proactive, professional and organised Asset Assessment Surveyor to join our team in Winsford, CW7 1AH on a permanent basis. If you’re a tradesman looking to take the next step or a new graduate of a related degree - this could be the role for you! You will have a full valid UK and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
What is your day to day?
The main role will be to undertake stock condition surveys on our Clients existing operational and school building portfolio.
To update the current stock condition information on handheld software updating central records in real time.
To ensure coding structures are suitable to enable all asset components to be uniquely identified and prioritised
You will be mainly working alone and managing your own diary so will need to have an excellent work ethic.
Who are you?
A technical background to understand building fabric, electrical and mechanical systems.
HNC or equivalent in either a building, mechanical or electrical discipline.
Awareness of CDM2015 and relevant responsibilities.
