ENGIE are recruiting for an Advanced Plumbing/Heating Engineer to be based in Wyvern House, The Drumber, Winsford, CW7 1AH.

This is a permanent, full time role working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm, a flexible approach to will be required as out of hours working will be needed at times and over time rates will be paid.  On offer will be a salary of £26,000 to £29,000 per annum dependant on skills and experience.  This role will report into the Contract Supervisor.

The main duties and responsibilities are:

·  The post holder will be expected to provide a comprehensive repairs and maintenance service to commercial and domestic plumbing and gas/oil heating installations 
·  Maintain appliances in Council owned properties
·  Be multi-skilled to meet the full demands of an excellent repairs and maintenance service..
·  To provide Plumbing / Heating maintenance and installation works on site.
·  Install & Commission systems and carry out necessary work on site.

Qualifications and experience required:

·  Time served recognised apprenticeship, qualified to City & Guilds Advanced Craft or NVQ level 3 in plumbing/heating 
·  Worked on commercial and Industrial heating systems
·  Advanced Knowledge in pumps and motors for heating systems 
Desirable

·  17th edition (BS7671)  
·  ACS qualifications – CCN1, CEN1, HTR1, WAT1, CKR1,CPA1
·  BMS Knowledge
