Job description

ENGIE are recruiting for a Part/Time Administrator to be based in Wyvern House, The Drumber, Winsford, CW7 1AU. This is a fixed term (three months) part time role working 27.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary  and benefits package.

Working Hours : Monday to Friday 9am to 2:30pm

This role will support the procurement savings project in collating site /asset data to enable tendering exercises. Additional duties to be undertaken are supporting the helpdesk team with open book reporting requirement and general administration duties

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

·  Day to day duties will include a full range of office tasks including :
·  Collating asset data to support with procurement project
·  Uploading service sheets to a sharepoint system
·  Inputting data onto PPM Schedule

Skills Required:

·  Experience of a general administrative position 
·  Basic computer literacy
·  Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
·  Able to work with minimal supervision once trained
·  Willingness to respond to direction and follow procedures as required
·  Good written and communication skills
·  Good time management and organisational skills
