Job description



ENGIE are recruiting for an Administrator to be based in Derby, DE24 8AD. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £23,000 - £27,000 dependent upon skills and experience.

Role Overview

·  Assist with Helpdesk, Reception & Post
·  Answer incoming calls
·  Ensure office filing systems and databases are up to date
·  Ensure adequate stock supplies for the office
·  Process PO's and issue invoices
·  Filing, printing and photocopying when required
·  Able to minute meetings
·  Assist with creating reports

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  Excellent customer service skills
·  Excellent communications skills with all levels of the workforce
·  Knowledge of the FM industry advantageous
·  Qualifications in Microsoft Office (word, excel etc) advantageous
·  Knowledge of Coupa, SAP, Planon (CAFM systems) advantageous
