ENGIE are recruiting for an Administrative Scheduler to be based in Mildenhall, IP28 8NF. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Role Overview

Your primary role will be Office and Staff Administration together with support for the Core Schedulers on the Core Services contract. Duties include but are not limited to:

Support Supervisors and engineers with timesheet collation and vehicle allocations

Co-ordinate holiday, sickness and expenses rotas

Raise sub-contractor and supplier purchase orders as back up

Liaise with supervisors and asset teams to collate asset data and programs

Support Schedulers in Reactive and PPM activities within CAFM software

Keep up to date with industry developments, driving innovation and effective change

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  Good I.T skills particularly Microsoft word and excel
·  Administration qualifications and experience
·  Strong communication skills
