The Role: Administrative Assistant

Engie seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage the office and support various administrative tasks for management. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and very organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

Essential Job Functions

·  Assist Project Delivery team with administrative workload.
·  Organize and schedule appointments.
·  Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
·  Assist in the preparation of reports.
·  Review and proofread documentation and reports. 
·  Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines.
·  Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items.
·  Respond to questions and requests for information.
·  Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed.
·   Coordinate travel for the Vice President of Project Delivery.

Requirements

·  Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
·  Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.
·  Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
·  Exceptional communication skills.
·  Superior organization skills and ability to prioritize.
Essential Physical Abilities

·  Ability to meet highest attendance requirements
·  Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
·  Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy.
·  Ability to use personal computer, calculator, etc.
·  Could involve some lifting. Education/Experience

·  Bachelor degree preferred, not required. 
·  2-5 years administrative experience.
