Product Intern - Theatre and Live Events

Encore Tickets are offering an exciting opportunity for one individual seeking a career in theatre and marketing to gain practical, hands-on experience through its internship programme.

Successful candidates will provide valuable assistance to the Marketing and Product team, primarily focusing on the delivery of innovative, profitable and exciting marketing campaigns across the business segments and will include supporting the coordination of new and existing shows, plus ongoing assistance of our websites and media partners.

Working as part of this small team will enable you to develop your organisation, communication and analytical skills when assisting on a variety of product and marketing projects.

An interest in theatre and live events is important, and you will receive complimentary tickets to increase your product knowledge throughout your time with us. We’re looking for someone to start at the end of August.

Core skills required:

Passion for Theatre and Live Entertainment.
Preferable previous experience within either theatre, venue, ticketing or online.
Analytical skills, good with numbers and a problem solving attitude.
People and team-working skills.
Good grasp of technology, with ability to pick things up quickly.
Not afraid to ask questions.
Excellent written English.
Good understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
Good sense of humour is essential.
Available full time for 2 months.
