Role Description

Evaluates and tests software applications for usability and functionality. Determines quality metrics. Responsible for developing and executing repeatable tests. Responsible for maintaining he test automation framework.

·  Responsible for building repeatable test suites for multiple web based products
·  Responsible for adding test suites to the test automation framework
·  Develop and run tests that encompass both front-end UI and back-end analytic components
·  Identify areas of risk and develop appropriate test strategies
·  Work closely with other engineers to determine testing strategies and elicit development help as necessary
·  Perform investigation of escalated issues
·  Document test results and all issues identified

Role Competencies
·  BS Computer Science or related field
·  Experience using test automation frameworks such as Jenkins and TeamCity
·  Proficient using the following technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap
·  Experience using Jenkins and TeamCity
·  Manage time and work well both independently and as part of a team in an Agile environment
·  Strong communication skills, able to ask the right questions to the right people
·  Detail-oriented and innovative
