Job description

ENGIE are recruiting for a Receptionist to be based in Sunbury-on-Thames. This is a permanent part time role working 22.5 hours per week (at £9.74 per hour). The role holder will report to the Facilities manager.

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

·  Issue temporary Access Control Passes to ADT/Tyco staff visiting the Head Office.
·  Issue permanent Access Control Passes to New ADT Employees
·  Issue visitors Passes to visitors to the building.
·  Answer all calls and put them through to the relevant person/department.
·  Keep a log of all keys related to the building.
·  Telephone list up to date
·  Keep diary of all meeting rooms and bookings.
·  Check daily emails for restaurant bookings i.e. Lunches
·  Restaurant menu to up updated every week for the Intranet
·  Ad-Hoc any kitchen paperwork that may be required
·  Run Labels for Residential Sales/Post Room
·  Report any issues to the vending companies i.e. Drinks/Food machines
·  Keep the downstairs kitchen stocked with provisions (collect these from Canteen)
·  Book Taxis when required
·  Take receipt of all cars in/out for Fleet department
·  Scan any documents that may be required
·  Weekly fire alarm test
·  Twice yearly fire evacuation

·  Previous experience preferred but not essential For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK. There is no re-location package with this job role.
