SUMMARY:
This is a cross-functional program support role, responsible for program support working on utility rebate programs (for Residential/Commercial Midstream HVAC projects). As an emerging leader, team member is expected to possess intermediate /comprehensive program knowledge and regularly make suggestions for process improvements. This person will support all administrative and rebate/incentive processing functions of the program, including tracking of applications submitted, distributor participation rates, processing applications for verification, errors and omissions management, communications, maintenance of the program dashboard, and preparation of documentation required for reporting and monthly invoicing. Working directly with distributors (training, support, monitor program), Make site inspections after installations, etc.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
·  Supports residential and commercial efficiency rebate programs by performing outreach and education activities with distributor clients
·  Support all administrative activities of the program including incentive processing, invoice tracking, reporting, data management, and other.
·  Responsible for building and maintaining matrices used to guide incentive programs
·  Will provide field team support for promotions
·  Various meeting coordination including potential distributor vetting conference calls, monthly meetings and quarterly reviews with clients
·  Distribution and tracking of program agreements and coordination with legal to use DocuSign.
·  Conduct Point-of-Sale, product catalog and project file data entry.
·  Process vendor invoices for Program Manager approval
·  Generate invoice summary reports for clients as needed
·  Work directly with client's contractor to track inspection issues and will work with distributors to resolve any inspection failures.
·  Meet with distributors and interact daily with them via phone calls, email, face time, etc.
·  Program partner communication
·  Responsible for building and running reports
·  Conduct data analysis
·  Oversee basic QA/QC procedures
·  Will serve as back-up for Project Lead

·  Bachelor's Degree in related field. Post graduate degree preferred. Will accept a combination of education and experience totaling 3 years minimum
·  2 - 4 years customer service experience with a focus on program/project management support
·  2 – 3 years database processing and reporting experience
·  Experience working with Distributors or Manufacturing a plus
·  Sales experience desired
·  Experience working with Salesforce or similar software a plus (data uploads)
·  MS Office/Basic to Intermediate level
·  Specifically, ability to work with MS EXCEL spreadsheets
·  Knowledge of HVAC helpful
·  Knowledge of Distribution Process helpful
·  Good organizational skills
·  Superior communication skills both verbal and written
·  Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and be self-directed
·  Customer service phone skills
