Engie are recruiting for a Painter x 2 to be based in Engie Project Office Queen Elizabeth Hospital Edgbaston Birmingham B15 2WB. This is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours per week (4on 4off shift pattern comprising of: 0700-1700 x2, 1100-2100 2100-0700 x2(rolling)). On offer is a salary of £19,733 per annum.The role holder will report to the Charge Hand & Building Manager and will undertake improvement work, maintenance and repairs to the fabric of the building.
• The responsibilities will mainly be at the Acute Hospital, but will also include duties at the Mental Health unit and Retained Estate if the business needs arise.
• To undertake any reasonable duties to maintain all services to the NHS Trust(s) Estate
• To carry out all works in compliance with Engie's KPI's & SLA's

• The maintenance painter/decorator must have a background in painting and decorating.
• City and Guilds Institute Painting and Decorating Parts 1 and 2.
• Will have a good working knowledge of painting and decorating services
