MISSIONSUNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PRODUCTION MANAGER/DIRECTOR:• Organize the work and adapt the staffing according to needs• Apply the schedule using the available resources, modify the sequencing, allocate the workloads and define the operating positions• Use information gained from feedback to ensure daily monitoring of production efficiency and resolve issues with the technicians and operators• Report on activity to the production manager• Search for ways to improve with the quality, maintenance, methods and logistics departments and the production manager• Improve the workshop’s production management• Provide your team with technical assistance• Ensure equipment is maintained • Optimize the production flows and circuits in the workshop to reduce time and costs• Schedule the necessary investments in terms of equipment and facilitiesJOB REQUIREMENTSREQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATIONBTS, vocational diplomaFIELDS OF STUDY:Management, securityREQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE2 years’ experience in a similar position JOB ENVIRONMENTINTERNALTeam leader, production manager, production support services.EXTERNAL: Suppliers – Service providers
