Egis and our joint venture partners have formed Connect Plus Services (CPS), which is the company responsible for managing one of the busiest motorways in Europe through Highways England's largest Design build Finance operate (DBFO) contract. WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES?
As a Project Executive, you will:
Lead the renewal and/or improvement projects from inception to close out for highways assets across the entire M25 network (e.g. pavement, safety improvement, structures refurbishment, geotechnical, drainage works)
Liaise with all stakeholders for each project (client, designers, asset managers, supply chain, procurement, etc) with a particular focus on communicating and attaining client requirements
Manage project delivery to time, cost, quality and delivering the agreed outcomes with full supporting documentation to allow project close out
Support delivery of all projects in accordance with the Zero Harm Health and Safety Plan implemented by business
Work alongside the supply chain
Apply innovative and efficient methods to all projects
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Engineering background. A first experience (1-3 years exp.) in the design or construction of highways or civil engineering projects
A good communicator and results-oriented
Able to build efficient relationships and engender trust
Able too to prioritize in order to meet varying project needs
Solutions orientated
- able to propose different solutions to solve problems
