Egis and our joint venture partners have formed Connect Plus Services (CPS), which is the company responsible for managing one of the busiest motorways in Europe through Highways England's largest Design build Finance operate (DBFO) contract. The open position could be either a local contract or a VIE, depending on your profile and experience.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES?
As an Operations & Maintenance Executive, you will :
Participate in the safe and efficient delivery of operations and maintenance activity to meet business, contract and customer objectives
Support delivery of Zero Harm Health and Safety objectives
Ensure compliance (procedures, process, risks) with the business managemant system
Work with operational teams and depots to improve business performance
Support planning and delivery of the annual planned maintenance programme
Support the business in reacting to and deploying measures to manage events, incidents and reactive defects
Support planning and delivery of winter maintenance
Support delivery of the business's sustainability's activities
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Engineering background. A first experience (1-3 years exp.) in the delivery of a highways operations & maintenance or similar experience
A good communicator and a customer/service delivery focus
Experience in planning and delivering activities
Experience of working with site and operational teams
Experience in driving performance
