Formed in 1989, Effisoft has been designing and developing leading edge software for the Insurance and Risk Management industry by linking their considerable knowledge of this sector to state of the art technologies.
The organisation currently employs 100 staff based in Paris, London and Miami and works with in excess of 200 clients worldwide. The majority of the technical staff are based in Paris with London and Miami operating primarily as the customer interface with localised clients.
Poste et missions:
Working within the Client Services function based in the heart of the City of London. The role will be to support the Consultants/Analysts in understanding the client’s system and business needs, aiding in the communication of these requirements to the Effisoft technical development team in Paris and ensuring delivery of the solution to the client within deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with consultants/analysts and all UK clients to assist in the identification of business requirements and solutions
- Contribute to the evaluation and creation of business specifications to deliver cost effective software solutions
- Provide support to the client’s end users and system administrators
- Create strong working partnerships with all clients and strong working relationships with Effisoft’s technical team
- All other reasonable duties as requested by your Manager.
Profil:
Experience
- Knowledge and practical experience of the Insurance and or Risk Management sector would be an advantage. This may have been gained by working within an end user environment and will have instilled a strong practical knowledge of the industry practices and terminology
- An accomplished user of common Microsoft software (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and internet/web based software. You will be able to train users and generally support them
- Strong IT aptitude and or hands on experience
