We are a global leader in engineering consultancy looking for a talented Software Engineering Intern to join our fast-growing business. As part of the Power Engineering business you’ll be surrounded by specialist Engineers, cutting edge projects and high profile clients to excite and develop you into a successful Software Engineer.

This 12-month internship offers the opportunity to build upon existing theoretical knowledge to assist with the development of our electrical power system analysis product (ERACS) whilst producing new features and enhancements to benefit users of our product. You will have a flair for problem solving and creativity and will be offered a variety of web and desktop programming projects. This internship is ideal for those looking to expand their knowledge of programming and build a successful career in software engineering.

Profil recherché

 A University Student in your penultimate year on track for a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or related subject
 A strong communicator, you’ll have a natural ability to work well alongside different people, collaborating to share ideas and knowledge
 Self-motivated and organised, driven to make a difference, you’ll be confident in your abilities, ready to achieve your goals and develop your technical skills
 A keen problem solver with an analytical mind which you use to promote innovative ideas and thinking
 A competent writer able to accurately assemble written and numerical data into presentations and reports
 Keen to understand more about us, our customers and ready to develop your technical knowledge
