We are a global leader in engineering consultancy looking for a talented Graduate Human Factors Consultant to join our fast-growing business. As part of the Capability Assurance Business you’ll be surrounded by specialist Consultants, cutting edge projects and high profile clients to excite and develop you into a successful Consultant.
Upon joining you’ll have the opportunity to support on-going research into competence management systems, learning styles, retention and skill fade. Consultants are required to maintain an excellent understanding of training technology, human factor methodologies and L&D strategies.
This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious Human Factors graduate with a flair for problem solving and creativity, looking to build a career in Consultancy and quickly apply your expert knowledge across a variety of Industry, Defence and Rail programmes.

Desired profile

 A Graduate with a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or above (MSc, PhD) by Sept 2017 in Human Factors/Workplace Psychology or related subject
 A strong communicator, you’ll have a natural ability to work well alongside different people, collaborating to share ideas and knowledge
 Self-motivated and organised, driven to make a difference, you’ll be confident in your abilities, ready to achieve your goals and develop your technical skills
 A keen problem solver with an analytical mind which you use to promote innovative ideas and thinking
 A competent writer able to accurately assemble written and numerical data into presentations and reports
 Client focussed, keen to understand more about us, our customers and ready to develop your commercial knowledge
 UK and possible overseas travel to support clients for a variety of complex projects
 Candidates should be willing to undertake the security vetting process and be Security Cleared at the point employment commences
