Econocom Belgium is a 500-people IT & Engineering consulting company.

To strengthen our recruitment team, we are looking for an HR Recruiter trainee , eager to contribute to our development in Belgium/

YOUR MAIN MISSION will consist in the recruitment of IT & engineering consultants:

- Analysing & understanding clients' needs

- Sourcing of candidates using different websites, jobboards & CRM system

- Phone screenings

- Interviewing in English and French

- Be able to convince the right candidates

- Ability to match the right resources with the open requests

- Select & present best candidates to the Sales / Business Managers

YOUR PROFILE

- You are reliable, responsive, organized and have strong interpersonal skills

- Your self-discipline and your sense of initiatives and creativity will be your key assets to succeed

- You acquired or are about to acquire a masters' degree from a recognized Business School or related faculty; you have strong interests in HR and/or in IT & engineering

- You are able to work in English and French

- A good knowledge of the Office Suite is necessary

- We are looking for 2 profiles to join our team in Brussels by September 2016
