The Top Seller Support Associate (TSS) is responsible for serving as StubHub’s frontline support in dealing with our largest volume selling customers. The TSS Associate focuses on providing best in class service to solve our top sellers issues. He/She will work as part of a team that provides knowledgeable, efficient and friendly service to our sellers focusing on the resolution and quality of issues handled. The TSS associate will support the StubHub company goal of raising seller satisfaction and will understand the important role they play as serving as a voice to our sellers.     

Responsibilities:

·  Building and fostering relationships with assigned account contacts
·  Ensure that all customer needs are met; exceed customer expectations
·  Ensure that our business partners have a complete understanding of StubHub’s business
·  Assist with technical support for account customers utilizing the StubHub site Provide accurate reporting to stakeholders on a regular basis
·  Manage projects and special promotions designed to promote added benefits to our customers
·  Continually look for innovative ways to create value add for our customers

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are TBD. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business.

Travel:

No travel is expected for this position.

Qualifications:

·  Internal applicants must show a 6 month, or longer, tenure in their current position or have recently been converted to a CSA within the past 6 months
·  Completion of StubHub training required

Preferred Education and Experience:

·  High school diploma or equivalent
·  2+ years Customer Service experience required
·  Microsoft Excel/Office experience is strongly preferred
