• Proveer adiestramiento en técnicas de Lean Manufacturing.
• Documentar y mantener actualizados los documentos relacionados con el departamento de Lean Manufacturing.
• Promover en todo momento un cambio cultural hacia la mejora continua.
• Coordinar eventos Kaizen y asegurar el cierre de acciones derivada de estos.
• Implementar y generar proyectos de reducción de costos mediante la utilización de herramientas de Lean y Six Sigma
• Responsable del programa de ideas de mejora.
• Entrenamiento y apoyo de los líderes en la realización de estándar de trabajos LSW
• Participación activa en los proyectos VA/VE.
• Reportar el progreso de los ahorros de costos.
• Participar en la generación del presupuesto para los ahorros de costos.
• Analizar la información financiera en busca de oportunidades de ahorro.
• Cumplir los objetivos establecidos en el MD&P

• Experiencia en Eventos Kaizen
• Conocimientos de Administración de Proyectos

QUALITY SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITY
- Perform activities according to the Quality policies (EQS).
- Complete annual revision of functional procedures.
- Active participation in Customer and Quality System Audits.

CONTINUOS IMPROVEMENT RESPONSIBILITY
- Leading Continuous Improvement activities in my area of responsibility through the deployment and utilization of Eaton Business System policies and processes, such as ELSS. CIF, PRO-Launch, EQS and others as applicable.
- Active participation in Ideas Program
- Identifies cost out opportunities and work with Operational Excellence department to execute cost out projects.
- Attend training courses assigned.

MESH RESPONSIBILITY
- Perform activities according to the MESH elements, principles and methodologies to prevent accidents.
- Active participation on BBS.
- Report any activity that may put in risk my safety and environment or of my partners.
- Use of the proper EPP.
- Separate dangerous residues from the normal trash.
- Place the dangerous residues (Gloves, cloths, etc.) in the assigned containers
- Maintain area clean and free of contaminants.
- Not waste of water or electricity.
- Identify and give adequate disposition to all chemical products, which can contaminate the environment.
- Acting immediately in chemists’ discharge case.
- Ensure the rights containers for disposition of dangerous residues (identifying containers and containers to prevent discharge)
- Ensure the right storage of dangerous residues.
