Eaton is seeking a Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist to be part of our North America Talent Acquisition team.  This position can be located at any Eaton facility or home office within the United States.

Position Overview:

This role will execute a strategy for building strong relationships with target universities to position Eaton as an “employer of choice” on campus, and thereby attracting a highly skilled and diverse workforce. Build a talent pipeline from campus to fill Development Program, Intern and Direct Hire Placements. This role will partner closely with the Early Talent COE program managers and other key customers to identify the target profile and to execute the recruitment activity.

Essential Functions:
·  Execute campus strategies to provide exceptional service to customers of University Relations. Coordinate posting of requisitions on campus for positions in development programs.
·  Plan and schedule on campus events such as career fairs, information sessions, and first-round interviews to deliver candidates for second round interviews to the development program managers
·  Execute the staffing of 80-150 candidates per year for 1 or more Eaton Programs
·  Campus Strategy and Relationship Building:
·  Initiate and develop campus partnerships with faculty, staff and administrators to attract highly qualified and diverse talent.
·  Execute a comprehensive campus strategy to promote Eaton’s recognition and presence on campus (responsible for approximately six to ten campuses / universities)
·  Establish & lead the activities of an indirect campus team (Consisting of: Campus Manager, Campus Executive, Recent Graduates, Business Team Leader, Student Ambassadors, e.g. Intern / Co-op).
·  Recommend Eaton executives / representatives for University Advisory Board Participation.
·  Collaborate with campus partners as requested, on core curriculum and other campus activities that foster relationships with targeted colleges/universities.
·  Execute strategy to enhance Eaton’s recognition with student organizations such as technical honor societies and diversity clubs.
·  Identify and participate as needed, in national conferences for participation to ensure Eaton maintains a competitive edge on campus.
·  Develop and endorse corporate contribution proposals for universities in support of Department’s strategic plan.
·  Develop and direct campus-recruiting plan outlining activities that promote Eaton Corporation, leveraging the Campus Team outlined above.
·  Pre-select candidates for first round interviews and coordinate with other stakeholders in identifying the talent pool of highly skilled candidates for career opportunities within Eaton Corporation.
·  Assist Program Managers in the Selection and Assessment of Candidates. 
Identify candidates for Direct Hire Placement and ‘market’ the best candidates within Eaton to ensure visibility
·  Build relationships at universities with career centers and educational leaders to build Eaton’s image on campus, to attract top talent for development programs and direct placement positions.

Desired profile

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)

Basic Qualifications:
·  Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required
·  Minimum of 3 years’ professional work experience in a business setting
·  Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Master's or MBA preferred
·  Experience in Corporate recruiting, University Relations, Human Resources, or a University Career Center
·  Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders while getting results
·  1 plus years’ experience managing project teams
·  Ability to manage multiple priorities, organization skills, the ability to pay attention to detail and excellent communication skills are critical.
