dZine-Hub is a Manchester based e-commerce design & development agency, providing bespoke e-commerce solutions for SMEs in the UK.
We currently have a vacancy for a Sales / Support Intern. This is an intern position for 3-6 months with the opportunity for a permanent position at the end of this term.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Researching prospective clients
• Booking client meetings and factory visits
• Auditing their existing e-commerce portals and pitching in new solutions
• Maintaining Client relations
• Business development
dZine-Hub is based out of Melbourne and we have been providing e-commerce services to UK since 2010. We do not have a physical office as such, but travel to meet clients at their place. Over the last 5 years, we have managed to bag over a 1000 clients and would like to build on our portfolio with the help of additional sales agents.
You will be fully trained ecommerce, Magento, selling online, ebay, multi-channel solutions, etc, before you would be put on the job.
If successful in the role, there may be the opportunity for you to develop into a permanent Sales position.
The role will suit someone who is I.T. literate and knows how e-commerce works, the softwares available, what it takes to be a successful seller online, highly organised with a high degree of attention to detail.
You must be a self-starter with the ability to work on your own initiative and happy to get involved in all aspects of the business.
Qualifications or experience in I.T. Sales & Marketing, Business Administration would be an advantage, but not essential.
