Become a key member of a team providing rapid supply of add-on project related requests for products and services defined within a client-specific IT Services Agreement. The SRM (Service Request Management) team has the people, processes and systems to enable fast solutioning, costing and response to Non-Standard Service Requests (NSSR) and Requests for Change (RFC) for our client base. 

You will be involved in the solution creation, tracking, management and production of high level estimates and yellow pad costings, Fast Track requests that configure low to medium complexity changes to client solutions as well as detailed estimates requiring client approval of a proposal. As a Solution Integrator you are the person on point to supply change to our customers owning the configuration, tracking and provision of solutions to our delivery factories. You will have a specific focus on pipeline solution creation. You will utilise tools and technologies such as ServiceNow that deliver to multiple clients in our Secure Account base. Your Key Duties:

·  Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create outstanding solutions for DXC and for customers
·  Solution Design: Apply DXC solutions to meet moderately complex customer needs within area(s) of technical responsibility
·  Quality: Provide continual Improvement recommendations /direction setting advice within work team
·  Project Management: Participate in customer and internal projects, including transformation
·  Customer Relationship Management: Balance internal needs with customers / internal businesses/end user’s needs within defined parameters
