The role of the Provider Relations Field Representative (RFR) is to act as a liaison between DXC Technology, Department of Health Care Finance and Policy (DHCFP), and the Medicaid providercommunity.  TheProvider RFR must be able to work independently while meeting short deadlines and ensuring timely communications with allparties.  ProviderFSRmust present themselves professionally in all interactions with the providers, client, etc.  The Provider RFP position reports directly to the Provider RelationsManager.  TheProvider RFR is responsible for Representing DXC Technology and DHCFP in the field to assist with Medicaid Provider training, research, and assistance with billing issues in the State of Nevada

Responsibilities:

·  Assisting providers with investigation of problematic claims, enrollment, or other issues;
·  Developing relationships with the provider community;
·  Conducting training webinars;
·  Presenting at association meeting and Medicaid conferences;
·  Developing training materials and presentations;
·  Exercising independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution;
·  Decision-making process. Ability to handle most unique situations;

Requirements

·  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Healthcare experience required;
·  Location- Residing/working remotely in the Las Vegas geographic area
·  A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Medicaid claims/policies and procedures knowledge required;
·  Excellent written and oral communication skills;
·  Extensive CMS-1500, UB-04 and ADA claim knowledge;
·  Customer Service skills;
·  Experience presenting to/training for large groups
·  Positive completion of a Nevada fingerprinting and Federal background check;
·  Maintaining a valid NV driver’s license
·  Ability to travel (25%)
