This position will serve as a liaison for Medicaid/BadgerCare Plus members in navigating issues and handling escalated concerns for contracted transportation broker services. This position will coordinate with the State Medicaid program, the State’s vendor for transportation managers, external stakeholders, and Medicaid members. The job duties will primarily be phone/call center based. Attendance at meetings with the State staff and contractors is required. Experience working with customers is required; experience working with BadgerCare Plus health care members is preferred.

·  Monitor the service even through to completion for compliance purposes
·  Manage the service request of customers through different access channels.
·  Review customer feedback related to customer entitlement, case management and analysis for statistical related to customer access (phone) and case management.
·  Provide resolution and feedback based on analysis.
·  Participate/lead project for process or quality improvements.
·  Work with escalated customer issues and recommend action in post incident reviews
·  Manage multiple task or cases simultaneously with minimal supervision.
·  May act a as mentor or trainer in the team.

Education and Experience Required:

·  Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required.
·  Typically requires 3-5 years general experience, or equivalent combination of experience and college level education.

  

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Superior communication skills both written and verbal
·  Experience in customer facing role either remote or face to face
·  Understands internal processes and tools
·  Computer proficiency
·  Problem solving skills
·  Accuracy in data entry
·  Excellent fluency in language to be supported.
·  Experience in a phone based remote role
·  Familiarity with computer technology
·  Time management
·  Oversee compliance with operating procedures and standards
·  Experience in call routing and processes as well as case logging systems and obligation systems
·  Strong understanding of internal processes, tools and usage of such tools in managing daily tasks
·  Ability to mentor and train new agents
