Job Summary :

We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for answering inbound calls from Nevada Medicaid providers utilizing established policies to resolve issues and provide education.  Our Call Center Representatives are the first point of contact for the caller’s issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

JobResponsibilities:   

·  Answer inbound phone calls and take appropriate action for each call.
·  Use established policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a caller’s issue or if escalation is the next appropriate step.
·  Ready to work full time in an inbound call center environment.
·  Document each interaction with the caller into the appropriate computer systems in order to keep each callers record updated.
·  Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on policy changes.
·  Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
·  Will perform other duties/tasks as assigned

Education Required: 

·  High School education or equivalent required.
·  1-3 years previous customer service experience required.   
·  Familiar with healthcare or insurance industries preferred.
·  Work hours Monday- Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM (Pacific Time)
