Summary
Monitors current availability of resources to assist in matching internally available workforce capacity to current demand for staffing client projects. Works with senior resourcing personnel and project management in identifying staffing needs and job requirements to determine availability of resources while providing optimal coverage within budgets.

Essential Job Functions

·  Assists in matching internally available workforce capacity to current demand to staff client project. As assigned, works with project management to identify staffing needs and job requirements and provides employee availability in defined area.
·  Develops understanding of, and communicates established resourcing policies and procedures to ensure that applicable business unit, divisional, corporate and legal requirements are met.
·  Assists in identifying individual skills to guide appropriate job placement decisions. Works with senior resourcing staff, employees and managers in matching individual's skills with the organization's staffing needs.
·  Prepares and analyzes relevant metrics and prepares standard reports in compliance with contract, program and company directives. Maintains appropriate systems and records to ensure adequate documentation of transactions.
·  Assists in resourcing project transitions and bench activities including employee updates to resumes and skill repositories. Communicates process and assists in implementing same.
·  Attends and provides input in intra- and inter-departmental and business unit staffing meetings to understand and facilitate the routine assignment of the workforce across the company.

Basic Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
·  Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, liberal arts or related field preferred
·  Three or more years of human resources, staffing, or business operations experience
·  Experience working with human resources principles, practices and procedures
·  Experience working with staffing principles, practices, and procedures
·  Experience working with available human resource information systems (HRIS) and demand/capacity applications
·  Experience working with the financial implications associated with the staffing process
