Eligibility Criteria

·  Should have working experience and have managed programs in the Finance Shared Services domain covering either of the Process towers of PR to Pay, Order to Cash and Record to Report functions
·  Project management experience is must. PMP certification is preferable
·  Experience in working and managing global programs and implemented complex transformation initiatives
·  Experience in working with global teams and implemented programs across different delivery locations / centers
·  Good communications skills and ability to articulate complex requirements in simple terms across various levels of the organization
·  Work experience in F&A or Banking or Healthcare/Insurance sector and service industry process is must
·  Candidates preferable to have had working experience in Process Excellence (PEX)/Service Excellence (SE)/Operational Excellence (OE)/Delivery Excellence (DE) Team doing process improvement role for at least 6-8 years.

Job Description

·  Lead Transformation programs for the Finance Shared Services organization and ensure its smooth implementation
·  Lead and work with M&A teams to integrate new entities that DXC acquires and integrate additional work into the Shared services organization
·  Work closely with the Finance Process owners and Operations managers
·  Drive change management through stakeholder management and influence business improvement objectives for the vertical
·  Drive Customer Centricity and Process Excellence within the Organization, by engaging with employees at all levels
·  Lead project meetings and work with all stakeholders to ensure project is completed with timelines
·  Identify interdependencies of the project, determine other requirement, roles and approvals required and work upon them
·  Ensure smooth integration and implementation into other routine production processes where applicable
·  Manage the overall cost of the program and ensure appropriate budgets / financials are maintained & allocated as appropriate with the Financials and FP&A organization
