An opportunity for a Principal Pricing Analyst has come up to provide pricing and financial support to Bid teams, in Proposal preparation for new and existing customer opportunities.

Responsibilities:

·  Assist in maintaining the knowledge management system providing internal historical and external market data.
·  Participate bid/no bid reviews and provide financial input as required
·  Attend any business/finance client meetings with sales team
·  Participate in any third part partner / supplier discussions
·  Co-ordinate with service delivery units as to the deliverables on all costing estimates
·  Establish timetable for all costing and pricing activities
·  Establish costing/pricing structure to comply with customer response requirements
·  Participate in service delivery units cost reviews
·  Participate in all strategy/operational solution reviews
·  Develop initial pricing tactics and strategies
·  Develop written responses to clients’ financial/business terms/requirements
·  Develop and present financial review material to executive management
·  Design detailed unit price/unit volume structures
·  Develop required proposal responses including pricing schedules, business terms, etc.

Skills and Experience:

·  Formal accounting/business qualifications
·  Strong commercial instincts and business acumen
·  Minimum 7 years’ experience
·  Able to develop effective relationships
·  Articulate communication skills (written and oral)
·  Quick learner and able to adapt to various situations
·  Able to work unsupervised
·  Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel)
·  Conceptual Problem Solver (able to think of alternative solutions)
·  Superior numeric and analytical abilities
·  Planning and organisation skills
·  IT Industry knowledge
·  Excellent presentation skills
