Network Security Architect

Designs and builds secure system infrastructures and architectures by establishing business requirements, translating them into secure technical solutions, and testing and ensuring the performance and capacity of security solutions.

Responsibilities:

·  Leads strategy development and 3+ years planning exercises with a focus on alignment of cybersecurity systems architecture, infrastructure and/or engineering efforts already in place
·  Advices on the design, development, enhancement and organization of the architecture and infrastructure of the cybersecurity embedded in or overlaid on a client's or company's technology solutions
·  Advices on the output of cybersecurity teams on large projects and oversees the security requirements
·  Combines industry leading expertise and business acumen with exceptional understanding of information and cybersecurity technology to develop industry leading cybersecurity solutions, architectures and infrastructures and influence internal and external stakeholder's strategic decisions
·  Collaborates with peers across company and the industry to enhance existing solution's strategy, design and development
·  Oversees cybersecurity solution testing to ensure that potential issues are isolated prior to development

Education and Experience Required:

·  Bachelors degree required, preferably in computer science, engineering or related area of study
·  Typically 12+ years of relevant experience

·  Industry-leading understanding of Cyber and IT security risks, threats and prevention measures
·  Industry-leading secure system architecture and infrastructure design and development skills
·  Industry-leading HPE-UX System, Linux Skills and Window sills
·  Industry-leading skills in relevant program/scripting languages
·  Industry-leading understanding of security standards and best practices
·  Executive level risk assessment and management skills
·  Industry-leading understanding of networking and network security
·  Industry-leading knowledge of relevant security tools and products
·  Industry-leading project management skills
·  In-Depth understanding of overall Public Key Infrastructures and certificate/key management best practices
