We are expanding our team and looking for great new recruiters to join us!

The internal Talent Acquisition team manage hiring for DXC across the UKIIMEA geographic region (UK, Ireland, Israel, Middle East and Africa). Our coverage also includes Graduate and Apprentice hiring and Executive appointments. If you are experienced in technology recruitment, executive hiring, or have knowledge of the middle east region we would love to hear from you! Ideal applicants would have in-house recruiting experience, direct or RPO, but we are also happy to hear from agency recruiters looking to make the leap to internal.

Roles are based in our Regional Deliver Hub based in Erskine, near Glasgow, free parking is provided.

This role will focus mainly on:

·  Providing technical IT recruiting support, on occasions high volume, to a variety of business units located across the region.
·  Managing an end-to-end direct sourcing recruitment model which will demand expertise in building and managing a pipeline resulting in efficient time to hire and low cost outcomes.
·  Working with Hiring Managers, Human Resources, Total Rewards and other stakeholders to plan and execute effective hiring strategies.
·  Achievement of hiring targets including time to fill, cost per hire, diversity goals and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
·  Managing the beginning to end staffing process, devising and implementing sourcing strategies, candidate screening, shortlisting, interviews and offers.
·  Collaboration with managers on the hiring process, driving compliance with corporate and government policy.
·  Establishing relationships with vendors, where required.
·  Providing ad hoc support on hiring initiatives and projects.
·  Developing expertise in one or more of the key areas within staffing and recruiting. This could be technology, geography, sector or market specific.

Education and Experience Required:

·  Typically 4 years of related experience within a recruitment agency or an internal staffing team.

Knowledge and Skills

·  Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills
·  Competitive, driven by quality of delivery
·  Knowledge or interest in the IT and technology sector
·  Experience in web-based applicant tracking tools, Workday experience beneficial
·  Ability to manage recruitment projects simultaneously
·  Able to work in a fast paced, demanding but rewarding environment
