DXC Security Offerings and Capabilities
The primary focus of the Cyber Sales team is to sell DXC Technology Solutions, partner solutions and services to new and existing UK PS accounts. The OSS role is accountable for hunting, driving and closing opportunities into our customers within the UK PS.
Support is provided directly from our offerings as shown below, and includes our partner eco-system for security advisory, managed services and direct support to our internal partners/alliances teams. The OSS operates in the DXC SELL organisation and will be responsible for the sales cycle from ‘Understand the Customer’ through ‘Qualification’ to ‘Win and Expand’ as part of our Integrated Sales Methodology [ISM]. Key internal relationships with our BUILD and DELIVER organisations and our partners and alliances are essential to ensure Security Offerings and Capabilities are our success story in the global marketplace. The SELL organisation is at the leading edge of DXCs go to market team.
Security Practice Offerings
DXC provide a truly vendor agnostic offering portfolio supported by an extensive partner and alliances network. The OSS will be responsible through sales motions aligned to one of the following practice offerings to SELL Security Advisory and Managed Services for:
· Cloud Security
· Security and Risk Management [CESG Certified]
· Intelligent Security Operations
· Threat and Vulnerability Management [CREST/CHECK]
· Infrastructure & Endpoint Security
· Identity and Access Management
· Data Privacy & Protection
Responsibilities
OSS responsibilities are as follows:
· Representation of DXC to the UK Public Sector, building and sustaining effective Relationships within a Prospect and/or DXC Customer’s sphere of influence and ecosystem, including advisors and partners.
· Maintaining Insight on all matters relating to their territory and accounts in order to identify opportunities for DXC to provide business value.
· Creation and maintenance of their respective pipeline in SFDC.
· Proactive Education to our Customers and Prospects regarding the value of Digital Secure Transformation and how DXC is uniquely qualified to help them on their digital journey.
· A Sales Plan that determines and communicates the strategies for achieving pipeline growth, exceeding sales and growth targets along with supporting actions, their owners, timescales and the required resources / partnerships.
· Management Reports that chart progress against the sales plan, including progress of quarterly and full year pipeline growth and actual sales.
· Adherence to DXC Governance (DOA) including Qualification, Solutioning and Deal reviews as well as leading initial informal opportunity assessments.
· The creation and execution of sales Campaigns, relating to UK PS themes that meet agreed campaign pipeline and sales targets.
· Collaboration and Alignment with DXC stakeholders including Advisory, Build, Delivery, Offerings, Inside Sales, Account Teams and strategic partners, to develop differentiated and compelling value propositions and go-to-market plans
· Direct support and Leadership for winning Proposals including procurement responses working as required with colleagues in Solution & Commercial Function (S&CF), Coverage Sales, Build, Delivery, Advisory and Partners
· Completion of Company annual based training as directed by UK&IIMEA Offering Sales Leader
· Support training and development initiatives with DXC and our partners designed to optimise the UK&IIMEA sales motions
· Event Planning including creation and proposing business cases and delivery for UK&IIMEA UKPS Events aimed at driving pipeline and brand awareness
