Resolutions Operations is responsible for the successful validation and resolution of suspended claims submitted to DXC Technology (DXC) from Florida Medicaid providers.

Suspended claims are claims that do not initially pay or deny and require further medical review by DXC or the Agency.

Resolutions clerks are responsible for resolving edits with denied, suspended, paid, and super suspended statuses with Electronic and Paper Claims.

A clerk can verify this by reviewing the edit, reviewing the claim for accuracy, and utilizing the method of correction based on agency policies.

Resolutions clerks verify that information submitted on paper claims and correspondence match data keyed into FMMIS interChange.

Resolutions clerks apply developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies, and procedures to complete a wide variety of difficult assignments/tasks.

Resolutions clerks are responsible to resolve claims with 100% accuracy so no SLAs are missed and must be able to work under pressure, process at least 70 claims or more each day as per business needs.

Excellent Attendance record, attention to detail and punctuality with time is a must.
