Our market leading Adelaide sales team is looking for outstanding talent to join them in building and driving the Diageo business across a mixture of on and off premise customers.

Working closely with the Field Sales Manager, you will develop and execute a winning commercial business development strategy. Critical to success in this role will be your ability to develop deep customer relationships in a competitive market. You will use commercial knowledge and insights to deliver results whilst operating with simplicity and creativity, driving optimum operational performance.

Key performance results:

· Creation of commercial and customer contact plans
· Identify opportunities for growth
· Sell in of trading terms
· Develop positive customer relationships
· Represent Brand Diageo professionally and authentically
· Weekly reporting on all activity

Your Experience to ensure success:

· 2 years + experience in a similar field sales role driving existing and new business opportunities
· Knowledge of building a sales strategy based on relationship selling
· Outcomes focused individual with tangible results to back it up
· Proven track record in recognising commercial opportunities
· Confident in handling variety of technology applications
